REGISTERED MANAGERS

To be responsible for shaping and delivering the home’s Statement of Purpose and managing the team to achieve the same.

DEPUTY MANAGERS

To support the registered manager in achieving the aims and outcomes of the home.

SENIOR RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER

To actively support and oversee the team of staff on a day to day basis with the aim of providing consistent, care and support for the individual children in the home

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKERS

To maintain a high quality of care and support which meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and cultural needs of children and young people

NIGHT RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKERS

To provide care and support for the children consistent with that of day staff through the night. To maintain a safe and secure environment.

Working on a flexible basis to maintain high quality  care and support which meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and cultural needs of children and young people
